Ming CHEN mainly provides services regarding patent applications in the field of machinery, mainly involving instruments, optical engineering, testing technology, mechanical manufacturing processes and equipment, household appliances, automobiles, transportation and other fields.

Ming CHEN 's services scope includes patent mining, writing of application documents, response to office actions, the review of patent applications, infringement analysis, patent search and consultation.

Ming CHEN obtained her bachelor's degree of mechanical engineering and automation in China University of Mining and Technology in 2012 and her Master's degree of Mechanical design and theory in Tongji University in 2015.

In 2018, she joined CSPTAL. Ming CHEN has been practicing intellectual property law for about 2 years since 2016 and she obtained her qualification certificate of patent attorney in 2017.
