Xia ZHANG Patent Attorney

Ms. Zhang’s expertise covers the areas of electrical and electronic engineering, including rail transit related technology, electronic circuit, image and signal processing, computer network, and wireless communication technology, etc. Ms. Zhang provides legal services regarding patent applications, inquiry and search, opinions on patentability, patent re-examination, infringement analysis, and other matters related to intellectual property right.

Ms. Zhang joined CSPTAL in August 15, 2017. Before joining CSPTAL, Ms. Zhang received her bachelor degree from Hebei Polytechnic University in 2011 and her master degree in Traffic Information Engineering and Control from Beijing Jiaotong University in 2015. After graduation, she joined a growing intellectual property firm, and was well trained in patent affairs.

She is proficient in Chinese and English.
