Liangjun HU Patent Attorney  Ph. D

Dr. HU obtained his Ph.D. degree in Semiconductor Physic from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007.

Dr. HU joined China Science Patent & Trademark Agent Ltd in 2008. His expertise covers FTO, patent layout, patent draft, prosecution, patent reexamination, invalidation, infringement analysis, patent search and consultation, etc. Dr. HU is familiar with patent laws and practices in China, the United States, Europe and other countries.

Dr. HU is mainly engaged in the fields including mechanics, electronics, semiconductors, physics and artificial intelligence. The specific fields involved include: lithography technology, security inspection, display technology, computer equipment and unmanned aerial vehicles, semiconductor related, robotics and artificial intelligence and others.

Dr. HU has handled patent-related matters for international companies such as ASML, Philips, Rosemount, Clark, 3M, as well as domestic companies such as Nuctech, BOE and other well-known companies at CSPTAL for more than thirteen years. More than 1000 cases have been involved. He has drafted more than 200 cases for companies of Nuctech, BOE in areas of equipment, inspection and signal detection, in which part were drafted in English.
