Mr. Liu earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology and obtained another B.S. in Japanese from the same university in July, 2003, and obtained an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in January, 2006.

He joined CSPTAL in February, 2006.
