Dr. Yang specializes in electronics engineering for patent protection. Dr. Yang’s expertise covers a variety of areas in electronics engineering, especially, electronic & electrical engineering, computer hardware/software, and artificial intelligence.

Dr. Yang acts on drafting and prosecution of patent applications. Dr. Yang also provides legal services such as patent re-examination and invalidation, and other affairs concerning intellectual property rights. Dr. Yang is also familiar with the prosecution procedures and requirements before USPTO and EPO.

Dr. Yang began her career in intellectual property and joined CSPTAL in 2003. She was qualified as a patent attorney before CNIPA in 2007.? Dr. Yang received a short-term training on U.S. patent practice in a US IP law firm in 2015.

Dr. Yang was awarded “Excellent Attorney” by a worldwide famous display panel manufacturer in 2017 and 2018.?

Before joining CSPTAL, Dr. Yang was an assistant researcher in China Academy of Science from 1997 to 2002, focusing on the research of image processing algorithm and communication technology.

Dr. Yang received her B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Xidian University in 1997, M.S degree Communication Engineering in 2001 and Ph.D. in Optical Engineering in 2003 from China Academy of Sciences.

Dr. Yang is proficient in Chinese and English.
