CSPTAL Visit Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the Patent Office

??????????? On November 19th, 2015, the President Liyan ZHANG, 14 patent attorneys and engineers from China Science Patent & Trademark Agent Ltd. (CSPTAL),and technicians from Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd. Japan visited the Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the Patent Office, SIPO, Guangzhou. Director Zhihua ZENG and vice director Jiangwen QIU of the Center met with the visitors from CSPTAL,and gave an introduction of the development of the Center andthe tendency ofmaking the patent examination more impartial and reasonable. The technicians from Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd. made a technical presentation of “Fluorescence?Phosphorescence?TADF” to examiners of the Center. Thepatent attorneys from CSPTAL and the examiners discussedabout topics likehow to apply examination rules, and how to read examination notifications, in connection withspecific cases. The discussion enhancescommunication betweenexaminers and patent attorneys and benefits the work of both sides.
